This data eSIM network is covered by Vinaphone – the second largest mobile operator in Vietnam in terms of subscriber but wins the first position in terms of upload and download speed (reported by OpenSignal). So, your internet will be guaranteed throughout Vietnam, not matter it is in an open or closed space, in a major city or a mountainous area.
There are now up to 80 models of mobile phones, smartwatches and laptops supporting eSIM technology, including unlocked iOS and Android phones.

Yes. For your convenience, you are recommended to buy the GIGA365 eSIM 2 or 3 days before your departure to get it ready on your phone and keep you connected right upon landing in Vietnam.
But you are not recommended to buy so many days before departure as this eSIM starts when its QR code is sent to you.
Yes. This eSIM comes with incoming and outgoing calls and SMS.
Firstly, it offers you FREE first 20 minutes of every call to Vinaphone numbers, and FREE 50 minutes of calls to phone number of other mobile operators in Vietnam per month.
In case you want to make more calls or send SMS, you can add credit with a Vinaphone top-up card.
Please be informed that the eSIM QR code can be scanned and installed once only. In case you have any issue adding it to your phone or using its data, please DO NOT REMOVE/DELETE it but contact us for support.
You eSIM plan will start right after its QR code is generated and sent to your email. So you should buy it 2-3 days before departure or when you are in Vietnam.
No. At the moment, our eSIM does not come with top-up option.

Set up your eSIM before your departure for the most convenience. Once you reach Vietnam, just activate the data plan and turn on data roaming.
